MadWolf Technologies to Provide IT Support for Business Executives for National Security

Washington, D.C. – MadWolf Technologies, a Managed Services Company, announced today that it was awarded a contract for mission-critical managed IT support by Business Executives for National Security (BENS). MadWolf will provide IT support to BENS’ headquarters in Washington, D.C. and its offices nationwide.

MadWolf was also selected to provide IT support for BENS’ relocation to a new office downtown Washington, D.C. BENS will rely on MadWolf’s ability to be onsite and hands-on and to work closely with source and target building engineers and BENS’ own IT architects. As is standard with MadWolf’s office IT relocation projects, the firm will assure BENS’ continuity of business operations for the duration of the office relocation project, including temporarily hosting BENS’ IT infrastructure. This move will be executed in partnership with Kane Office Movers, a leading commercial moving company servicing the Mid-Atlantic Region. Kane Office Movers will be responsible for the physical move of BENS’s Washington, D.C. office. MadWolf’s close partnership with Office Movers was one of the key factors in BENS’ selection of the two companies for its office relocation project.

According to BENS’ CIO Lisa Jackson, “the attraction of using MadWolf is based on leveraging MadWolf’s Network Operations Center (NOC) and the firm’s IT monitoring and management toolset which MadWolf is making available with training to BENS’ internal IT team. BENS will be able to maintain control over its own network while taking advantage of MadWolf’s years of experience as a managed services provider. Also, in case of need, we will be able to rely on MadWolf’s hosting infrastructure and support systems. This arrangement is a great example of MadWolf’s philosophy of empowering its clients.”

The office relocation phase will be combined with a number of system upgrades which will be installed at BENS’ new offices.
